Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. To ensure peak freshness, freshly roasted coffee is shipped within 2 business days of payment. All orders are shipped via Standard shipping, which typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on the destination within the United States.

Returning Goods & Order Cancellations:

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, orders may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
